LyForic Proposal

The AWR Agent,
starting with your inbox.

Prepared for Alan Wang Realty Group · following last week's conversation, 2026-05-28

What we heard

"I can't read my email. It's too much."/"I'm so buried."/"I've become the admin for our admin team."

What it's costing now: you run the branch, so every task funnels to you, and the ones buried in email, the approval someone's waiting on, the follow-up that's due, slip until they become a client kept waiting or a fire you fight later. The agent pulls every task out, ranks it by priority, and pings you the moment one is urgent, so nothing falls through the cracks.

And then you named the answer

"Let's build an agent to run this. Start there."

That is exactly what we want to build with you.

What we'd build

Start with what's eating your day: your email and the tasks buried in it. This is the first build of the larger system we mapped last week, and the foundation the rest plugs into.

The agent reads every message, pulls out the task or ask, ranks it by priority, and pings you the moment something is urgent, so the ones that matter reach you instead of waiting in a pile. It learns your people and your rules, and every correction becomes a standing rule, so it sharpens every month. It runs in approve-mode: it drafts and suggests, your team approves before anything moves.

Tasks hide inside

The AWR Agent

  • Reads every message in context
  • Pulls out the task or ask
  • Ranks it by priority
  • Pings you on the urgent ones
  • Tracks it until it is done

Ranked tasks

  • Approve agent's deal
  • Sign vendor invoice
  • Compliance doc due

Urgent ones ping you

Approve-mode: nothing leaves until your named owner OKs it. A second set of eyes, you're still responsible.

Pricing
The AWR Email & Task AgentFirst build
One-time build
$8,000, fixed · ~4-week build
Operate & maintain
$2,500–3,000 / mo
Initial term
3 mo, then month to month

Why monthly: an AI agent isn't set-and-forget. It runs on the AI model and your live connections, which cost and change, and it quietly drifts without monitoring. We keep it running, accurate, and on call.

No separate scoping fee. Last week's conversation was the scoping. Your data stays isolated, never used to train anything.

Not at the start: no Slack or text, no MLS or CMA, no automated client sends. Those come later, on the same agent.

What it's worth
~250 hrs
back each year · ~6 work-weeks

At ~1 hour a day saved, six work-weeks of your time move from triage back to clients and deals.

1 deal
covers the build many times over

One slipped task can cost a client, or a commission worth several times the one-time build.

Versus hiring for it: a coordinator to do this runs $55–75k a year, a real-estate VA $20–48k. This is a fraction of that, always on, and a single closing covers the build.

Conservative estimates from last week's conversation. We replace them with your measured numbers in the first two weeks.

Timeline
Proof checkpoint~4-WEEK BUILD

You see it work on your own inbox before you commit. From kickoff to live takes about a month:

Kickoff · connect

We connect your inbox and stand the agent up on your real email and tasks, in approve-mode.

~Week 2 · proof

We run it live on your recent email and measure the catch-rate with you. Clears the bar, we continue; falls short, we tune or stop.

~Week 4 · live

The agent is operating on your inbox, with your named owner approving anything before it moves.

The proof run is a checkpoint inside the build, not a separate fee.

What comes next
It grows from there, toward the full system we mapped last week, each step cheaper than the last.
Next

Every source in one place: tasks from Slack, texts, and your calendar, not just email, so nothing lives in a silo.

Then

A team command center: your whole admin team on one queue, the central source of truth.

Later

Real-estate add-ons: offer summaries, listing & buyer handoffs, market-prep. Add-ons, not new builds.

The ask
  • A fixed-fee build for the email & task agent. Last week's conversation was the scoping, so there is no separate scoping fee.
  • A 3-month plan to operate and improve it at go-live, then month to month with 30 days' notice.

The monthly plan is where the value is: an agent trained on three months of your corrections is far sharper than one handed over on day one. After that, you own it: keep us operating it, or take it in-house and run it yourself, we hand it over clean. Either way it needs running, that does not go away. Your data stays isolated, and we name your approval owner before we touch anything.

NEXT STEP → At next week's follow-up, say go and pick a start date.
